We are an economic engine that puts people to work and helps families thrive.
How Referrals Work:
1. You refer a Job One Candidate.
2. We invite them to Orientation.
3. They apply, get trained and placed into a job.
We do require all Job One Candidates to have a:
- Desire to work,
- State Issued ID and/or Driver's License,
- Ability to secure transportation (TARC or otherwise), and
- Roof over their head
